INDEQCO (In-Dee-Koh) is a privately-held company that specializes in acquiring and developing industrial equipment and products businesses. We supply and support contractors who work in the construction, infrastructure, mining, forestry and other resource sectors across Canada.

 

While INDEQCO has a primary focus on drill rigs, attachments and products for rock blast, foundation, shoring, water-well and core drilling, we also invest in the development of complementary equipment and attachment offerings that extend beyond our core drill market.  INDEQCO invests in companies with strong fundamentals and promising growth prospects.  We leverage our expertise and resources to help our businesses achieve their full potential.  INDEQCO is committed to building sustainable, profitable businesses and creating long-term value for our customers, employees, and shareholders.

 

INDEQCO was formed in 2022, as part of a strategic reorganization of an existing company to provide management and strategic focus to the equipment and products business that are now currently under INDEQCO’s portfolio. We look to grow with businesses that fit both our mission and our values, and firmly believe in maintaining the founding members’ legacies of the businesses that we acquire.
