Zong He Chua is the Director of Strategy and Performance at INDEQCO. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Ivey Business School and is a Professional Engineer with EGBC. In this role, Zong works with business units to finetune their business strategy and supports the businesses with their operational needs. Zong joined the group in 2013 and has held a variety of operational and corporate roles where he played a key role in several acquisitions and start up initiatives to expand the portfolio and solidify the business.
Shaun has been with the company since 1994 and previously held the position of Assistant GM of Traxxon Rock Drills. Shaun has taken all sorts of roles within Traxxon Rock Drill, from manufacturing, to parts, to sales, and most recently took on the position of Vice President at INDEQCO. As a key member of the team, Shaun has initiated and completed several key strategic initiatives for the Products and Equipment Group over the years, including acquisitions and partnerships/agreements with several vendors.
Glenn Buckley is the President & CEO of INDEQCO, bringing over two decades of leadership experience in the Energy and Construction sectors. A professional engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Carleton University, Glenn has held senior roles including VP & General Manager and President of Pinnacle Drilling Products. Before joining INDEQCO, Glenn spent more than 20 years at Weatherford International, where he served as Canada Business Manager for the Production segment (10 business units) and North American Business Manager for Production Testing & Wireline Services. His career reflects a proven track record of driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and innovation across complex business environments.
