Michael has been with the company since 2013 and previously held the position of Senior Vice President of the Design Build Group. In 2017, his role expanded to incorporate overseeing the wider industrial segment at NorLand and in January 2023 he took on his current position of President and CEO at INDEQCO. Michael is a professional engineer with over 30 years of experience in all aspects of industrial operations, including engineering, project management, construction, commissioning, performance assurance, business development, finance and strategic planning. Prior to joining NorLand, Michael served as Operations Manager, Mining and Metals for AMEC Vancouver, the largest engineering and project management firm in British Columbia.

Shaun has been with the company since 1994 and previously held the position of Assistant GM of Traxxon Rock Drills. Shaun has taken all sorts of roles within Traxxon Rock Drill, from manufacturing, to parts, to sales, and most recently took on the position of Vice President at INDEQCO. As a key member of the team, Shaun has initiated and completed several key strategic initiatives for the Products and Equipment Group over the years, including acquisitions and partnerships/agreements with several vendors.

Lucila Luchansky Corenstein is the Director of Finance at INDEQCO, leading a highly skilled professional team. Joined the group as Divisional Controller for the infrastructure sector, which equipped her with a key perspective on operations. She is a Finance Professional with over 20 years of experience in a variety of roles and industries and a former Audit Manager at Public Practice. In her experience prior to INDEQCO, Lucila, led projects such as the implementation of an office wide Data Analytics Tool and an Audit Platform. Lucila holds CPA designations in Canada and Israel, and a BA in Economics.

Zong He Chua is the Director of Strategy and Performance at INDEQCO. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Ivey Business School and is a Professional Engineer with EGBC. In this role, Zong works with business units to finetune their business strategy and supports the businesses with their operational needs. Zong joined the group in 2013 and has held a variety of operational and corporate roles where he played a key role in several acquisitions and start up initiatives to expand the portfolio and solidify the business.
